UNESCO (United Nations) Selects Scholar360 as their Learning Platform

A Global Academic Trilogy: Scholar360 – UNESCO Asia-Pacific School of Ethics – Aristotle University

Scholar360 LMS-SN, an eLearning solutions and services provider, announced their collaboration with the UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) Asia-Pacific School of Ethics and Aristotle University.

Under this collaborative relationship, Aristotle University will host the UNESCO International Bioethics Journal Club (IBJC), a newly created online international bioethics journal club formed jointly through the efforts of the UNESCO Asia-Pacific School of Ethics (Bangkok, Thailand) and Aristotle University (California, USA) (www.AristotleU.com).  Scholar360 will serve as the learning management platform, which will publish all bioethical abstracts of the IBJC.

"This collaboration between Scholar360, the UNESCO Asia-Pacific School of Ethics and Aristotle University is an exciting move forward in our goal to facilitate collaboration among educators, increase communication on important issues, and provide tools to take eLearning to a whole new level," said Cathy Garland, VP of Marketing & Sales.

"Aristotle University is very proud to work with the UNESCO Asia-Pacific School of Ethics and Scholar360 in achieving the purpose of the IBJC: to promote the ideals of UNESCO, promote education and understanding of bioethics, and expand the dialogue, acceptance and implementation of the principles and covenants of the UNESCO Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights," said Dr. Thomas A. Gionis, President of Aristotle University.  "Having Scholar360 provide the IBJC with a user-friendly and secure platform which we can use internationally assures we will have the ability to increase awareness of bioethics worldwide. It is truly a great accomplishment."
